Jerusalem artichoke, not chicory
Most inulin powders are extracted from chicory root. Ours comes from Jerusalem artichoke. Both are the same kind of soluble fibre; the label tells you the source, and ours is certified organic.
How to use organic inulin
Mix one to two teaspoons a day into water, juice, a smoothie or yoghurt, or use it in baking. It has a faintly sweet taste. Start small and increase gradually.
